Who we are
The data controller is The Good Phone Company Ltd, the publisher of Raised Ready. It is a company registered in England and Wales, number 16456112, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Our registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has been applied for and is pending. We’ll add our registration number here once it’s issued.

What we collect
- Your email address (required).
- Your first name and town or area, if you choose to give them.
- Which version of this page you saw and which link brought you here (for example “a shared WhatsApp link”). This tells us which messages work. It doesn’t identify you.
- The date and time you joined and the wording you agreed to, as a record of your consent.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this page.
Why, and on what basis
To email you about Raised Ready: when Issue 1 is ready, when pre-orders open, and occasional updates about the magazine. Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box. We use your town or area only in aggregate, to plan where the magazine might be stocked.
We will not use your details to market any other product or company, including The Good Phone Company’s other products or services, and we will never sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
The waitlist is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and database), acting as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK. When it does, UK-approved safeguards apply, such as the UK-US Data Bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. If we later use an email service to send updates, it will also act only as our processor, and we will update this notice.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for no longer than 12 months after you join if the magazine doesn’t go ahead. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@gethavenmobile.com and we’ll act within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
Children
This waitlist is for adults (18+). Please don’t give us any information about your children.
